Ande Burchfield focuses her practice on the representation of privately-owned businesses, real estate investors, registered transfer agents, and those involved in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. She counsels investors, entrepreneurs, startups, and established businesses with an emphasis on entity formation, real estate transactions, real estate investment activities, general business transactions, contract negotiation, and corporate governance.

Ande began her legal career working as FINRA and SEC counsel to public and private companies, including real estate investment trusts (REITs) and oil and gas exploration and production companies. She maintained SEC compliance for registered transfer agents, prepared securities offerings, and analyzed them for compliance with FINRA, NASAA and State Commissions. In 2015 Ande founded Burchfield Law, PLLC.

Ande maintains her law practice while managing and growing her real estate portfolio which consists of assets in Oklahoma City, Edmond, and Fairview, Oklahoma. She serves on the Board of Trustees for a local 501(c)3 public charity called Prairie Dance Theater that teaches free dance lessons to children in public schools of Oklahoma City.
